位於台中草悟道生活圈勝美 La One 的這處中古屋，是為一位都會男性屋主重新詮釋的單身居所。一室一廳的格局裡，我們以沈靜中性為定調—拆除原有的櫃體隔間，讓視線一氣呵成；植入一座飯店式 mini bar，作為「日茶夜酒」的 Rest Spot。

公領域的刻意留白，讓動與靜之間擁有自由的尺度。進入主臥，氛圍由日常向暗調過渡—焦茶色的櫃體、暖灰調的寢區、踏過時帶著溫度的厚實地毯—共同構築一處沈靜而安定的居所。

Within the Calligraphy Greenway district of Taichung, this renovation at Sheng Mei La One reinterprets an existing apartment for an urban male homeowner. In a one-bedroom layout, we set the tone with quiet neutrality — removing the original cabinetry partition to open the sightline from entry through the public space, and introducing a hotel-inspired mini bar as a rest spot for tea by day, drink by night.

The deliberate negative space of the public area gives freedom between movement and rest. The master bedroom transitions toward a deeper register — burnt-umber cabinetry, warm-gray bedding, and the quiet warmth of a thick rug underfoot — together composing a still, settled retreat.
